PANEER BURJI

A VERY COMMON RECIPE.BUT ITS TO YUMMMMM, EASY PISY AND MADE IN NO TIME, IDEAL FOR TIFFIN BOX. :)




LETS SEE HOW I MADE IT.

INGREDIENT :- 

SCRAMBLED PANNER 

OIL

JEERA

HING

GINGER CHILLY PASTE 

MASALA ( SALT, RED CHILLY, TURMERIC, GARAM MASALA, DHANIYA POWDER) 

TOMATO PUREE 

CORIANDER TO GARISH

IN A PAN HEAT OIL, ADD JEERA, LET IT BE BROWN, ADD HING, AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE.

COOK TILL GINGER GARLIC PASTE TURN BROWN

ADD TOMATO PUREE. COOK IT WELL IT THE WATER OT TOMATO DRIES. 

ADD ALL THE MASALAS. AND MIX WELL, 

ADD LITTLE WATER. ( LESS THAN HALF GLASS) 

FINALLY , ADD PANNER. AND MIX WELL, LET IT COOK FOR 3-5 MIN

GARISH WITH CORIANDER.
