- CURD
- CHOPPED AND WASHED MINT LEAVES
- GREEN CHILLY
- SALT TO TASTE
THE PROCEDURE
- GRIND THE MINT LEAVES, GREEN CHILLY ALONG WITH LITTLE WATER.
- ADD THE PASTE TO CHILLED CURD
- ADD THE SALT AS REQUIRED
- SERVE AS REQUIRED.
