PANEER BURJI

A VERY COMMON RECIPE.BUT ITS TO YUMMMMM, EASY PISY AND MADE IN NO TIME, IDEAL FOR TIFFIN BOX. :)




LETS SEE HOW I MADE IT.

INGREDIENT :- 

SCRAMBLED PANNER 

OIL

JEERA

HING

GINGER CHILLY PASTE 

MASALA ( SALT, RED CHILLY, TURMERIC, GARAM MASALA, DHANIYA POWDER) 

TOMATO PUREE 

CORIANDER TO GARISH

IN A PAN HEAT OIL, ADD JEERA, LET IT BE BROWN, ADD HING, AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE.

COOK TILL GINGER GARLIC PASTE TURN BROWN

ADD TOMATO PUREE. COOK IT WELL IT THE WATER OT TOMATO DRIES. 

ADD ALL THE MASALAS. AND MIX WELL, 

ADD LITTLE WATER. ( LESS THAN HALF GLASS) 

FINALLY , ADD PANNER. AND MIX WELL, LET IT COOK FOR 3-5 MIN

GARISH WITH CORIANDER.

CHEESY PASTA

YESTERDAY WAS A GREAT EVENING FOR ME. MY MOM DEMANDED, MY MADE CHEESY PASTA. I WAS SO EXCITED,I COULD HARDLY WAIT FOR HER TO COME....

I FEEL PROUD, WHEN MY MOM SAID SHE LIKES THE KIND OF PASTA I MAKE... :)

                  I AM SHARING THE RECIPE, ALTHOUGH I DON'T HAVE A PROPER PIC,STILL I MANAGED TO TAKE A SMALL PIC FROM THE CORNER,  AS THE DISH WAS POLISHED OFF AS IT WAS READY.


INGREDIENTS :-

HALF LTR OF MILK ( I USED LOW FAT)
8 CUBES OF CHEESE - GRATED ( I USED AMUL)
1 TSP - BUTTER ( I USED AMUL )
1 TSP - MAIDA
SUGAR - 1 TSP
SALT  TO TASTE ( BUT CAREFUL WHILE ADDING, AS CHEESE IS ALSO SALTY)
OREGANO TO TASTE
BASIL TO TASTE
RED CHILLY FLAKES - TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER ( OPT - OR TO TASTE)

PASTA BOILED IN SALT WATER LITTLE OIL ( COOKED 90% )


MOST IMP NOTE :- ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR 4-5 PPL. ONE CAN CHANGE THE QUANTITY ACCORDINGLY.


  • IN A HEAVY BOTTOM PAN, MELT THE BUTTER AND ADD MAIDA.. TAKE CARE NOT TO FORM LUMPS ALSO NOT TO BROWN THE FLOUR.

  • ADD THE MILK BY STIRRING THE BUTTER MIXTURE WITH CARE....BRING THE MILK TO BOIL. 

  • ADD SUGAR.. AND KEEP STIRRING MILK AS IT SHOULD NOT GET STICK TO PAN 


  • ADD THE GRATED CHEESE TO THE MILK , AND MIX IT WELL TILL THE MILK STARTS GETTING THICK,YOU WILL START SEEING THE CREAMY TEXTURE 

  • ADD THE BASIL, OREGANO BLACK PEPPER AND CHILLY FLAKES TO YOUR TASTE

  • KEEP STIRRING AND POSSIBLY TRY TASTING THE SAUCE, ADD THE REQUIRED SALT TO TASTE. 

  • NOW ADD THE BOILED PASTA TO THE SAUCE AND MIX WELL ( TAKE CARE AS PASTA SHOULD BE DRAINED PROPERLY AND TO STICKY) 

  • ONE MAY SERVE THE DISH AS IT IS OR IF LIKED, CAN BAKE IT TOO.. 
  • NOW HOW TO BAKE IT.. 

                                                 IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT SAUCE SHOULD HAVE CORRECT AMOUT OF SALT OR OTHER INGREDIENTS.TAKE EXTRA CARE WHILE ADDING CHEESE OR SALT OR SUGAR


TRANSFER THE PASTA DISH TO BAKING DISH

  • SPRINKLE SOME MORE OREGANO AND BASIL IF REQUIRED. AND SPRINKLE THE REMAINING 2 CUBES OF GRATED CHEESE 



MANAGED TO TAKE THIS PIC.  :) 
  • KEEP IN PRE-  HEATED OVEN FOR ABOUT 25-30 MIN ON 200 DEG OR TIIL YOU SEE THE NICE BROWN CRISPY LAYER ON TOP

Bread roll


                                                          the potato mixture
                                           this is how the it will look after stuffing is ready
                                                       the salt water to dab on bread
                                                     the edible gum (maida mixutre)
                                              the bread made thin with rolling pin (bean)
                                             the edible gum applied on all sides of bread
                                     affer the cheese and potato mixture the bread is rolled
                                                 the roll is rolled over till and maida
                                              the ready roll on tissue to absorb excess oil




Bread Roll is ready to eat hot :)


aaj beithe beithe ek khayal aaya,
bachpan yaad aaya 
maa ka khana yaad aaya,   

BREAD ROLL


A very easy pisy dish for family served with love........ here I go


Ingredients needed


Bread
Potatoes
Peas
Corn
Cheese
Red chilly
Green chilly cut into very small flakes
Garam masala
Amchur powder
Salt
Coriander
A cup on water added with salt
A mixture of Maida  ( also known as edible gum)
Maida
Seasame  ( til)
1. Boil the peas n corn with little salt.
2. Boil potatoes
3. Mix potatoes peas n corn
4. Add the masala and green chilly to your taste( I like it spicy)
5. add coriander

Discard green chillies if making for kids

The roll stuffing is ready


Now bread part.. be extra careful while doing this. One might end up with opening the bread while frying


1. With help of rolling pin  (belan) make the bread thin
2. Dab the bread slice with salt water on from both sides
3. Apply the edible gum ( the Maida mixture) on all sides of bread
4. Grate cheese on bread bed (option) n a small portion of potato mixture
5. Start rolling bread with help of thumb firmly but softly. 
6. Seal the bread with edible gum n firmly shape.
7. Roll over Seasame n then in Maida
8. Rest for a while
9. Fry as required
10. Serve with ur choice of chutney or ketchup.
Enjoy hot

                     INSPIRED BY CHEF KUNAL, I TOO TIRED THE YUMMY PANEER POP CORN TRUST ME, THEY TURNED OUT TO BE SOOOOOOOO GOOD.

SO HERE IS THE RECIPE FOR DAY................................... ********************************

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED..... 

  1. PANEER
  2. MUSTARD OIL 
  3.  KASURI METHI
  4. SALT
  5. TURMERIC
  6.  RED CHILLY POWDER 
  7. LEMON
  8.  ASAFOETIDA
  9. GINGER & GARLIC PASTE
  10. MAIDA 
  11.  BREAD CRUMBS
  12. OIL FOR FRYING 


  • IN A BOWL MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS WITH PANEER AS IN PIC THIS IS ALREADY TEMPTING ME :) 

  • IN ANOTHER BOWL PREPARE THE BATTER OF MAIDA WITH WATER, AND DIP THE CUBES AS SHOWN 

  • NOW, ROLL THE DIPPED CUBES IN BREAD CRUMBS TIGHTLY BIND THEM. AND FRY 



  • ANDDDDDDDDDD ITS READY......
