BREAD ROLL
A very easy pisy dish for family served with love........ here I go
Ingredients needed
Bread
Potatoes
Peas
Corn
Cheese
Red chilly
Green chilly cut into very small flakes
Garam masala
Amchur powder
Salt
Coriander
A cup on water added with salt
A mixture of Maida ( also known as edible gum)
Maida
Seasame ( til)
1. Boil the peas n corn with little salt.
2. Boil potatoes
3. Mix potatoes peas n corn
4. Add the masala and green chilly to your taste( I like it spicy)
5. add coriander
Discard green chillies if making for kids
The roll stuffing is ready
Now bread part.. be extra careful while doing this. One might end up with opening the bread while frying
1. With help of rolling pin (belan) make the bread thin
2. Dab the bread slice with salt water on from both sides
3. Apply the edible gum ( the Maida mixture) on all sides of bread
4. Grate cheese on bread bed (option) n a small portion of potato mixture
5. Start rolling bread with help of thumb firmly but softly.
6. Seal the bread with edible gum n firmly shape.
7. Roll over Seasame n then in Maida
8. Rest for a while
9. Fry as required
10. Serve with ur choice of chutney or ketchup.
