Bread roll


                                                          the potato mixture
                                           this is how the it will look after stuffing is ready
                                                       the salt water to dab on bread
                                                     the edible gum (maida mixutre)
                                              the bread made thin with rolling pin (bean)
                                             the edible gum applied on all sides of bread
                                     affer the cheese and potato mixture the bread is rolled
                                                 the roll is rolled over till and maida
                                              the ready roll on tissue to absorb excess oil




Bread Roll is ready to eat hot :)

BREAD ROLL


A very easy pisy dish for family served with love........ here I go


Ingredients needed


Bread
Potatoes
Peas
Corn
Cheese
Red chilly
Green chilly cut into very small flakes
Garam masala
Amchur powder
Salt
Coriander
A cup on water added with salt
A mixture of Maida  ( also known as edible gum)
Maida
Seasame  ( til)
1. Boil the peas n corn with little salt.
2. Boil potatoes
3. Mix potatoes peas n corn
4. Add the masala and green chilly to your taste( I like it spicy)
5. add coriander

Discard green chillies if making for kids

The roll stuffing is ready


Now bread part.. be extra careful while doing this. One might end up with opening the bread while frying


1. With help of rolling pin  (belan) make the bread thin
2. Dab the bread slice with salt water on from both sides
3. Apply the edible gum ( the Maida mixture) on all sides of bread
4. Grate cheese on bread bed (option) n a small portion of potato mixture
5. Start rolling bread with help of thumb firmly but softly. 
6. Seal the bread with edible gum n firmly shape.
7. Roll over Seasame n then in Maida
8. Rest for a while
9. Fry as required
10. Serve with ur choice of chutney or ketchup.
Enjoy hot

PANEER POP CORN

                   
                     INSPIRED BY CHEF KUNAL, I TOO TIRED THE YUMMY PANEER POP CORN TRUST ME, THEY TURNED OUT TO BE SOOOOOOOO GOOD.

SO HERE IS THE RECIPE FOR DAY................................... ********************************

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED..... 

  1. PANEER
  2. MUSTARD OIL 
  3.  KASURI METHI
  4. SALT
  5. TURMERIC
  6.  RED CHILLY POWDER 
  7. LEMON
  8.  ASAFOETIDA
  9. GINGER & GARLIC PASTE
  10. MAIDA 
  11.  BREAD CRUMBS
  12. OIL FOR FRYING 


  • IN A BOWL MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS WITH PANEER AS IN PIC THIS IS ALREADY TEMPTING ME :) 

  • IN ANOTHER BOWL PREPARE THE BATTER OF MAIDA WITH WATER, AND DIP THE CUBES AS SHOWN 

  • NOW, ROLL THE DIPPED CUBES IN BREAD CRUMBS TIGHTLY BIND THEM. AND FRY 



  • ANDDDDDDDDDD ITS READY......

CURD MINT DIP

MOST OF US, LOVE THE CURD DIP SERVED  AT RESTAURANTS ALONG WITH PAPAD AND OTHER STARTERS. 

FOR ME IT WAS WAR LIKE SITUATION WHEN IT CAME TO HAVING CURD DIP WITH STARTERS AND PAPADS. I THOUGHT WHY TO TRY AT HOME THIS RECIPE. AND TADAAAAAAAA... IT WAS A HUGE HIT AT HOME FOR ME. 

SO TODAY  I SHALL  SHARE THE RECIPE HERE.

                                                            THE INGREDIENTS


  • CURD 
  • CHOPPED AND WASHED MINT LEAVES
  • GREEN CHILLY 
  • SALT TO TASTE

                                                           THE PROCEDURE 

  • GRIND THE MINT LEAVES, GREEN CHILLY ALONG WITH LITTLE WATER.
  • ADD THE PASTE TO CHILLED CURD
  • ADD THE SALT AS REQUIRED
  • SERVE AS REQUIRED.
